BettingJobs is working with a client, that have recently been awarded and successfully launched the national lottery in the UAE. They are now seeking to appoint a Product Manager – Lottery.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute product strategies for lottery games, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market trends.
• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation and concept development to launch and performance optimization.
• Analyse player behaviour, market trends, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
• Work closely with design, technology, and analytics teams to enhance player experience and engagement.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies and promotional campaigns.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and responsible gaming policies.
• Monitor key performance metrics and continuously optimize product performance.
• Identify and implement new features and game mechanics that enhance engagement and retention.
• Build relationships with external partners and vendors to expand product offerings.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 3+ years of experience in product management, in the lottery or gaming industries.
• Experience working with a national lottery or a major lottery operator is required.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Experience in developing and launching successful consumer-facing products.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the lottery/gaming industry is a plus.
• Passion for innovation and customer-centric product development.
