BettingJobs is working with a well-established gaming brand seeking to expand their senior team based in Manila with the addition of a Product Manager, Integrations & Compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Define and deliver the product vision and roadmap for integrations and compliance features across multiple platforms.
• Partner with compliance, legal, and regulatory teams to interpret requirements and translate them into actionable product solutions.
• Lead integrations with third-party systems (payment providers, identity verification, fraud prevention, etc.) ensuring seamless player experiences.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and QA teams to deliver compliant, scalable, and high-quality solutions.
• Manage relationships with external vendors, regulators, and certification bodies.
• Monitor emerging regulations in gaming, payments, and data privacy to anticipate impacts and drive proactive solutions.
• Establish KPIs and success metrics for integrations and compliance initiatives.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of product management experience, ideally within gaming, fintech, or other regulated industries.
• Strong and recent background in Asian gaming markets (regulated or non-regulated), with proven insights into player behaviours, market dynamics, and operational nuances.
• Track record of delivering integration-heavy products and compliance-driven features.
• Familiarity with global gaming regulations, online payments, KYC/AML, and data privacy laws (e.g., GDPR).
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with experience using data to inform decisions.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
