BettingJobs is partnering with our client, a leading technology brand within the iGaming industry, in their search for a Product Manager based in Limassol.

Responsibilities:

• Own the entire product lifecycle for casino-related features — from ideation to delivery and optimization
• Define and manage product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business goals
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams: developers, UX/UI, BI, marketing, and operations
• Analyse product performance using KPIs and data-driven decision making
• Prioritize backlogs based on impact, feasibility, and business value
• Work closely with CRM and monetization teams to maximize player engagement and revenue
• Translate complex technical ideas into simple product requirements
• Stay up to date on regulatory requirements, especially in relevant markets

Requirements:

• 5+ years’ experience as a Product Manager in the casino industry
• Experience in social casino is a significant plus
• Proven track record of launching successful features or products
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Strong analytical mindset and decision-making based on data
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment
