BettingJobs is working with an up-and-coming crypto casino who are searching for a Performance Marketing Manager to join their team on a remote basis.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the full player acquisition strategy to drive user growth while keeping costs efficient.
• Run and improve paid ad campaigns on platforms
• Manage the acquisition budget to hit growth and profit goals
• Use AI/ML tools for smart tracking, attribution, and real-time campaign optimisation
• Collaborate with Data, Product, CRM, and Tech teams to align acquisition with the full customer journey
• Ensure accurate tracking, attribution, and smooth data flow with Data Science and Tech teams
• Discover and grow new marketing channels and tools for player acquisition
• Work with CRM and content teams to boost player retention from day one

Requirements:

• 3–5 years’ experience in digital acquisition
• experience working for a crypto casino
• Strong skills in paid media
• Experience using AI/ML to automate and optimise campaigns
• Able to lead complex acquisition strategies and cross-functional projects at scale
• Confident working in fast-moving environments
• Experience managing or collaborating on affiliate marketing programs in the online betting space is a plus
