    Payments Specialist

    BettingJobs are working with an Online Casino operator who are looking for a Payments Specialist to join their team.

     

    Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with our payments team to identify and onboard new payment suppliers that meet our standards and regulatory requirements in European markets.
    • Manage relationships with existing payment partners, ensuring high-quality service and resolving any payment-related issues promptly.
    • Monitor payment trends and regulations across European countries, providing insights and recommendations to optimize our payment processes.
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams including product, compliance, and customer support to enhance payment functionalities and user experiences.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience in payments management within the iGaming / online betting and gambling industry, preferably in European and LATAM markets.
    • Deep understanding of payment methods, regulations, and compliance requirements in European countries.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify opportunities for optimization.
    • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
    • Self-motivated and proactive attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and remote work environment.
