BettingJobs is working with a well established crypto and fiat operator seeking to expand their Payments team with a proactive Payments Specialist.

This is a remote based role from Europe or East Asia only. Past experince with PaymentsIQ is needed.

Role Summary:

Payments Specialist is responsible for supporting the payments department to maintain its payment capabilities and improve the company existing payments portfolio. Ensuring that existing payment service providers are performing at their best with a constant monitoring of acceptance rates and errors affecting transactions and responsible to building department reports and provide insights to improve the payments offering.

Main tasks:

• Perform daily tasks to review payment methods performance and implement improvements to increase acceptance rates.
• Maintain respective metrics’ reports, update existing reports and make proposals that will bring a significant value for the product metrics overall.
• Monitor and analyse key metrics and use data to drive improvement and identify new opportunities.
• Investigate and act on enquiries related to failed/missing end-user transactions
• Maintaining operational communication with third party payment service providers regarding specific transaction issues
• Responsible for documenting and maintaining department procedures up to date.
• Responsible for the implementation of new payment providers, including configuration, documentation, and testing of the methods.
• Conduct respective competition analysis regularly per market and be able to interpret findings on a most effective way.
• Work closely with payment service providers, international payment acquirers, to ensure smooth operation of our payment flow.
• Support the team to deliver against key initiatives.
• Actively initiate improvements to the payment processes and systems.
• Compare and take proactive action based on payment providers performance.
• Identify innovative ideas to improve the customer experience of the payment process.
• Other tasks and duties related to job purpose as assigned

Personal Requirements:

• You have previous experience working with PaymentIQ.
• Payments & Gambling knowledge.
• You are a highly organized individual.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills to deliver business decisions and solutions.
• You worked in a similar position for at least 2 years.
• Flexibility to work on weekends.
• You are fluent in spoken and written English.
