    Payments Optimisation Manager

    BettingJobs is thrilled to collaborate with our client, an exciting payments solutions provider for the iGaming industry in their search for a Payments Optimisation Manager to join their team. This role can be undertaken remotely, but there is a preference for candidates who can work from either their Malta or Marbella office.

    Responsibilities:

    • Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, establishing strong relationships, and providing exceptional customer service.
    • Taking end-to-end responsibility for delivering reliable, innovative, and comprehensive payment solutions that meet clients’ needs.
    • Collaborating closely with clients and key stakeholders to align initiatives with their payment strategy and roadmap.
    • Developing and maintaining an attractive service value proposition that ensures high customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.
    • Maintaining, developing, and creating new services, functionalities, and expertise to support clients and internal teams.
    • Creating and updating internal knowledge base documentation, templates, and procedures to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
    • Generating and maintaining client reports, dashboards, notifications, and alerts to provide timely insights and updates.
    • Escalating client issues to product teams and collaborating on resolution plans.
    • Collaborating with product teams to contribute to proposition development and effective implementation strategies.
    • Organizing and delivering comprehensive product training for clients to ensure optimal utilization.
    • Performing audits, analysing data, and providing insights and recommendations to support decision-making processes.
    • Staying informed about the latest payment trends, industry developments, regulatory changes, and security enhancements.
    • Researching and engaging with different payment solutions in the market to maintain an up-to date payment marketplace.
    • Defining and documenting system improvement requirements to enhance scalability and reliability in payment processing.

    Requirements:

    • At least 4 years of proven experience in payments operations, optimization, or related roles, preferably with a focus on client management.
    • Minimum of 2-3 years of knowledge within the Igaming industry.
    • Minimum 2 years of experience of Payment IQ.
    • In-depth knowledge of payment systems, processes, and industry trends.
    • Strong customer service orientation with a focus on delivering exceptional client experiences.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to gather insights, analyze data, and make data-driven recommendations.
    • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
    • Familiarity with regulatory compliance and security standards in the payment industry.
    • Continuous learning mindset to stay updated with industry developments and emerging technologies.
