We’re thrilled to partner with our client, a leading live games and casino operator, as they embark on launching an exciting new iGaming brand. They are seeking a Payments Expert to join their dynamic team in Limassol.
As the Payments Expert, you will be responsible for managing and optimising our client’s payment processing systems to ensure smooth and secure transactions.
To be considered for this role, you must have experience with German, Canadian, and Australian markets
Responsibilities:
- Managing and optimising our client’s payment processing systems to ensure smooth and secure transactions
- Collaborating with various teams to improve payment options and enhance customer experience
- Monitor and resolve payment issues in a timely manner
- Stay up to date with industry trends and regulatory requirements
- Onboarding of new payment providers and methods
- Working closely with payment service providers, international payment acquirers, to ensure smooth operation of our payment flow.
- Actively initiating improvements to the payment processes and systems.
- Comparing and taking proactive action based on payment providers performance.
- Identifying innovative ideas to improve the customer experience of the payment process.
- Other tasks and duties related to job purpose as assigned
Personal Requirements:
- Experience with German, Canadian, and Australian markets.
- Payments & Gambling knowledge.
- You are a highly organised individual.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Excellent planning and organisational skills to deliver business decisions and solutions.
- You worked in a similar position for at least 2 years.
