    Payment Solutions Manager

    Our client, a fast-growing multi-brand operator is currently searching for a Payments Solution Manager with PSP experience to join their team in Sliema. This is an office-based position.

     

    Responsibilities:

    • Identify possibilities for routing and apply necessary fallbacks.
    • Monitoring product performance and analysing customer behaviour to meet product demand and preferences.
    • Steering payments projects to delivery in a timely manner.
    • Handle payment escalations that could impact the overall activity.
    • Perform daily monitoring and tracking of PSP performance based on BIN level, amounts and blocks.
    • Apply correct transactional limits and inform relevant departments.
    • Working closely with the HOD to set up a payment product vision, creating requirements for new development and improvements.
    • Liaising with the Finance department to ensure smooth provider settlement flow.
    • Together with the stakeholders, identifying the underlying need per market.
    • Perform negotiations with payment providers for better depositing flows and pricing.
    • Collaborate with CRM on possible promotions and decide best way to allocate them to specific players.
    • Oversee VIP cases where routing is required and identify deposit issues.

     

    Requirements:

    • Strong planning and interpersonal skills with the ability to balance multiple simultaneous tasks independently.
    • Experience with PSP setup and BO activity
    • Knowledge of payments space (fiat, wallet, crypto) in the iGaming or fintech industry.
    • Experience in identifying business opportunities.
    • Outstanding analytical abilities with attention to details.
    • Proactive, independent, results-oriented individual who can work using their own initiative.
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Understand relevant compliance, regulatory and legal frameworks.
    • Aptitude to understand end-user needs.
