    Paid Social Manager

    Betting Jobs are working with a well-established and highly successful B2C iGaming brand with offices in London, Cyprus and Latin America.

    The company operate in 12+ online regulated jurisdictions and have roughly 50 staff in their London office who are looking to add a Paid Social Manager to their team.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage paid social channels for assigned markets: handle creative briefs, asset publishing, targeting setup, campaign optimisation, and results reporting.
    • Collaborate with global Paid Social and Country Managers to plan and execute monthly, quarterly, and annual marketing strategies.
    • Coordinate with digital marketing and creative teams to develop visual assets and copy for campaigns.
    • Analyse successful ads to inform A/B testing across platforms and markets.
    • Ensure campaign alignment with CPA and CLV goals, targeting both customer acquisition and brand metrics.
    • Develop and explain strategies, mentoring junior staff and educating non-digital stakeholders.
    • Collaborate with data teams to optimise tracking, creating functional tracking links and landing pages.
    • Localise strategies for international markets, understanding cultural and audience differences.
    • Conduct quarterly competitor analysis for insights, presenting findings to stakeholders.
    • Identify automation opportunities and efficiency improvements through advanced technical solutions.
    • Lead internal/external meetings and compile weekly, monthly, and quarterly campaign reports.
    • Prepare forecast and mid-year reforecast projections based on campaign trends.

    Requirements:

    • 4+ years in Paid Social campaign management, in iGaming.
    • Proficiency in Meta and similar platforms; skilled in campaign setup, optimisation, and bid management.
    • Experience with creative briefing, ad testing, and working with in-house creative teams.
    • Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making; proficiency in Tableau and Appsflyer.
    • Knowledge of Paid Social platforms and features.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills for diverse stakeholders.
    • Skilled in balancing multiple projects; experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
    • Experience with LATAM/US markets; Greek market familiarity is a plus.
