BettingJobs are currently seeking an Operations Specialist for a leading iGaming company in their Malta office.

The Operations Specialist will work across Sportsbook, Casino and Games but will have a specific focus on the online Casino operation. This role will ensure the delivery of an efficient online gaming product, offering a first-class customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Helping with the smooth running of the gaming operation
• Ensure maximum uptime across all products, taking action to minimise disruption
• Analysing gaming activity swiftly, identifying areas where the offering needs to be corrected and where players need to be profiled.
• Monitoring website, forums, social media and communications from internal partners to assist with group operations.
• Investigate suspected fraudulent activities, collaborating with external and internal parties as required.
• Analysis of promotional mechanisms.
• With time, become a subject matter expert in the assigned domain and improve working practices and efficiency in that area.

Requirements

• Experience working in a similar role within the iGaming industry
• Excellent knowledge of online casino
• Good understanding of sports betting
• Broad knowledge of betting, gaming and industry trends
• Be able to work unsupervised and under pressure
• Responsible and respectful
• Have a good eye for detail
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to work a range of shifts across Monday – Sunday
