BettingJobs are working with a rapid growth fintech and alternative banking investment group seeking to expand their team with fintech experienced Operations Coordinator based out of their Limassol office.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate a wide range of operational tasks across the company portfolio of companies, including;
- Assist prospective and active clients via live chat and emails regarding general questions, payment and system queries.
- Process manual payments and troubleshooting payment issues.
- Process FX requests.
- Undertake ad-hoc tasks and contribute to creating documentation and agreements.
- Bringing ideas and suggestions to improve processes across the portfolio of Companies.
Requirements:
- Experience of Fintech operations, ie from an EMI or Payment Institution.
- Experience of dealing with B2B customers, rather than retail customers.
- Experience of using any of: Intercom / Jira.
- Proven experience in client communication via chat and email.
- Ability to adjust and adapt swiftly to varied tasks and responsibilities.
- Keen attention to detail.
