BettingJobs is working with a Dutch online platform for Sports Betting, Casino, Poker and Bingo as they seek to secure a new Online Casino Product Specialist.

Responsibilities:
• Create, develop, and maintain (own) the Casino RNG vertical policies, processes, and other relevant frameworks to ensure compliance with regulations and best-in-class standards and practices.
• Execute strategy, tactics and policies in Casino RNG vertical, making optimal use of the land-based brand experience/brand awareness and the current organization.
• Creating, developing and managing the Casino RNG Product Life Cycle road map, short term and long term (2-5 years) to ensure that the Casino offers RNG Online features and capabilities within the entertainment package that meets the needs of both existing and future customers/players.
• The implementation and execution of the strategy, tactics and formulated policies.
• Translating policies, frameworks, strategies and tactics into short-term and long-term plans including budgeting.
• Managing and executing the Casino RNG product strategy and tactics as directed by the Operations Manager.
• Building, maintaining and strengthening the product vertical team (Casino RNG)
• Planning and coordinating the Casino RNG retention plan with the CRM team.
• With suppliers/partners and the organization develop and maintain an online Casino RNG platform, Slots and Table Games RnG, minimum industry/market standard.
• Content and process coordination and supervision of all operational activities within the Casino RNG vertical, including the financial and administrative workflows.
• Identify and set up new processes according to the standard with the aim of increasing efficiency, quality and results and actively working on improving process management within the line.
• Planning and executing the Casino RNG Roadmap/Life Cycle such as Product/Game releases.
• Manages commercial and contractual agreements with the various partners.
• Monitor the Casino RNG budget and performance.
• Actively monitor and mitigate risks to ensure business continuity within the Casino RNG vertical.
• Evaluating processes, systems and practices within or in connection with the activities of the Casino RNG.
• Initiating and contributing to proposed changes and improvements. Ensure the implementation and execution of this if it is decided to do so.
• Actively promote and ensure a safe environment, while complying with applicable laws and regulations, guidelines, processes and procedures;
• Actively promote and set an example with regard to Responsible Gaming.
• Supports the company strategy, policy, and framework by actively working to provide safe, secure, and responsible entertainment offerings.
• Build, maintain and expand a network of relevant internal and external (inter)national stakeholders within Casino RNG.
• Inform and/or influence this network where necessary, so that optimal cooperation is created.

Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in a similar role
