BettingJobs is currently hiring for a leading gambling operator looking to an Online Casino Manager based remotely in the Netherlands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the Dutch online casino platform.
• Develop and enforce procedures ensuring compliance, efficiency, and top-tier customer satisfaction.
• Optimise the player journey for Dutch preferences and regulations.
• Manage and curate a compliant, engaging game portfolio.
• Collaborate with top game providers to ensure regulatory compliance (e.g. bonuses, responsible gaming).
• Track and optimise game KPIs (engagement, RTP, profitability).
• Partner with Compliance, Legal, and Responsible Gaming to maintain KSA alignment.
• Identify regulatory risks and ensure ongoing compliance with legislation.
• Support responsible gaming and player protection efforts.
• Design and execute retention, loyalty, and reactivation strategies tailored to the Dutch market.
• Lead collaboration across Customer Support, CRM, Marketing, Providers, and Compliance.
• Promote a high-performance team culture aligned with the company values.
• Develop and launch localised promotions in line with Dutch marketing regulations.
• Optimise promotions through data-driven insights.
• Monitor key metrics: revenue, ARPU, retention, game performance, RG metrics, operational efficiency.
• Prepare performance reports and strategic insights for leadership.

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing online casino operations in regulated markets; Dutch/KSA experience preferred.
• 7+ years in iGaming, with 2+ in a leadership role.
• Deep understanding of Dutch regulations, player behaviour, and market trends.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional team management.
• Data-driven with expertise in analytics and KPI-based decision-making.
• Skilled in CRM, retention, bonuses, and player lifecycle strategies in regulated settings.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Dutch language skills are a strong advantage.
