Our client is looking for a candidate with online casino management experience, in particular with a background in slots. This role is ideal for someone who has a strong understanding of online casino operations and player behaviour.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily casino operations, ensuring efficiency and high-quality gaming.
• Implement and maintain policies to enhance customer experience.
• Manage game selection, integration, and provider relations.
• Drive customer retention and satisfaction strategies.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, mitigating risks in unlicensed markets.
• Lead and manage casino teams, fostering a productive environment.
• Collaborate with marketing on promotions and analyse their effectiveness.
• Monitor KPIs, prepare reports, and refine strategies based on analytics.

Requirements:

• 7+ years in online gaming, including 3+ in management.
• Experience managing operations in unlicensed/grey markets.
• Bachelor’s degree; advanced degree preferred.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and strategic thinking.
• Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics.
• Excellent communication, organization, and ethical standards.
