BettingJobs is thrilled to collaborate with our client, a prominent online bookmaker known for transforming the sports betting and gaming industry, in their search for an Online Casino Expert to join their team based remotely in Asia.

Responsibilities

• Lead casino projects end-to-end across providers, lobby management, product enhancements, campaigns, and team initiatives.
• Support the Head of Casino with campaign planning, execution, and communications in collaboration with Marketing and CRM.
• Propose and deliver casino campaigns/promotions with defined objectives, analysis, and actionable insights.
• Monitor and optimize player engagement, game performance, and site effectiveness to maximize ROI.
• Collaborate with Fraud, Payments, Support, and other teams to resolve operational issues.
• Build strong relationships with game providers, aligning opportunities with strategy and KPIs.
• Analyse game and lobby performance, identifying trends and content opportunities.
• Contribute to the product roadmap through testing, feedback, and feature recommendations.
• Apply data-driven analysis to business, financial, and marketing metrics.
• Stay informed on tools, player mechanics, market trends, and competitor activity.
• Deliver accurate reporting, insights, and recommendations to the Head of Casino.

Requirements

• Strong analytical mindset with ability to identify player behaviors impacting the business.
• Decisive, solution-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Self-driven, hands-on, and collaborative with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized, detail-focused, adaptable, and dynamic under pressure.
• Team player, also comfortable working independently.
• 2+ years’ experience in online gaming with solid knowledge of casino games, bonuses, and player engagement.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Experience in a multicultural, fast-paced environment.
