BettingJobs is partnering with a leading multi-product content provider in the iGaming industry in their search for a Marketing Promotions Coordinator to join their team in Malta.
Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day promotional operations, ensuring the campaign calendar is up to date and deadlines are met.
Work with the Sr Marketing Promotions Manager to design campaigns, define KPIs, write briefs and discuss overviews with relevant stakeholders.
Coordinate across Account Management, BI, Compliance, Development, UX, and Marketing to ensure information flow and to deliver campaigns from brief to launch.
Build and configure network and bespoke promotions using internal tools, guiding internal teams on best practices and troubleshooting where needed.
Monitor and QA promotions across platforms to ensure accurate setup, compliance, and alignment with brand standards.
Support Sr. Marketing Promotions Manager & Head of Promotions with analysis and reporting, focusing on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to improve engagement and ROI.
Manage and own the operational processes, including opt-in management, creative review, QA testing, along with the rest of the team.
Participate in User Acceptance Testing for promotions-related tools, games and features, supporting smooth adoption across teams.
Improve workflows to enhance communication, efficiency, and collaboration across departments.
Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor campaigns to help shape innovative promotional strategies.
Requirements:
2–4 years of experience in promotions, campaign operations, or a similar role within iGaming, digital marketing, or e-commerce.
Strong organizational and project management skills, able to balance multiple campaigns in fast-paced environments.
Analytical and detail-oriented, with proficiency in Excel (pivots, formulas, data visualization).
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical and commercial teams.
Proactive, solution-focused mindset and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
Experience with BI or reporting tools is not required, but a plus.
Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar workflow tools preferred.
Passion for iGaming and understanding of promotional mechanics is highly desirable.
