    Marketing Manager – Online

    BettingJobs is working with a leading iGaming operator who are currently looking for a Marketing Manager – Online to join their team.



    • Develop and execute digital marketing strategy for mobile and desktop, focusing on customer acquisition and retention, in collaboration with Digital Marketing Lead.
    • Monitor and optimize mixed-channel budget, aligning performance with marketing strategy and defined acquisition targets.
    • Collaborate with BI and performance teams to allocate spend efficiently across digital channels and enhance campaign effectiveness.
    • Meet weekly and monthly acquisition targets, utilizing data analysis for ongoing optimization and future strategy evolution.
    • Evaluate ROI and campaign continuity, negotiate costs with external agencies, and foster relationships with digital partners.
    • Manage online and mobile acquisition channels, oversee creative development, conduct research, ensure compliance, and handle digital data flow and tracking.


    • 5+ years in Digital Campaign Management, emphasizing ROI-driven performance marketing, preferably in the online gambling industry.
    • Profound understanding of digital media landscape, including agency and media owner relationships, ideally within multi-disciplinary marketing setups integrating digital and traditional campaigns.
    • Comprehensive knowledge of all digital channels, including mobile, for acquisition and retention purposes.
    • Proficient in developing and executing digital media plans with a focus on strong creative execution, from forecasting to performance analysis.
    • Expertise in digital tracking, measurement, and reporting tools for actionable insights, along with usability and design principles for creative and landing page testing.
    • Demonstrated ability in managing campaigns across paid search, social, and programmatic, meeting clear ROI targets, directly managing media, digital marketing, and creative agencies.
