    Marketing Manager for Germany

    BettingJobs is excited to partner with our client, a leading iGaming operator, in their search for a Marketing Manager for Germany to join their team based remotely in Germany.

    Originally founded in 2012, our client has rapidly grown to become a prominent brand in the iGaming sector, now employing over 2,500 staff across 16 countries globally.

    Responsibilities:

    • Define key marketing targets (e.g. site traffic, new users, conversion rates, CPA, player value) in alignment with the country manager and overall financial KPIs.
    • Develop tactical marketing plans, including brand positioning, media strategy (types, channels, formats), and campaign planning.
    • Oversee creation and localization of marketing materials (TV, ATL, BTL, digital, on-site) with external creative agencies to ensure alignment with local audience needs.
    • Propose, implement, and monitor the local marketing budget, ensuring efficient spend and performance tracking.
    • Collaborate with HQ product teams to tailor products and services to local market standards and expectations.
    • Coordinate local and central content teams to maintain high-quality and consistent communications across all touchpoints.
    • Monitor and evaluate the performance of all marketing activities (TV/ATL, digital, affiliate, on-site), ensuring KPIs are met and adjusting strategy as needed.
    • Track and report on competitor activity in marketing, product, and compliance; lead local media and market research and support global research rollouts.
    • Manage local and international agencies and partners for campaign execution.
    • Prepare detailed reports and strategic insights for the Country Manager and senior leadership.
    • Ensure all marketing initiatives comply with local legal and regulatory frameworks.
    • Lead, support, and grow the local marketing team; act as a key representative of the company both internally and externally.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
    • At least 5 years of experience in a senior marketing role, ideally in the online sector.
    • Native-level German and excellent English.
    • Strong passion for sports and the online gaming industry.
    • Business-oriented mindset with entrepreneurial spirit.
    • Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
    • Creative flair and ability to execute innovative, KPI-driven projects.
    • Hands-on, proactive approach with strong teamwork ethos.
    • Exceptional communication and leadership abilities to align and motivate teams.
