    Marketing Manager

    BettingJobs are working currently with a very successful iGaming operator as they look to launch a new brand into the Turkish market. In hiring this role, it is hoped that the appointed individual can eventually build a team as the business grows.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
    • Plan and manage user acquisition campaigns across digital platforms.
    • Oversee retention and reactivation campaigns, including loyalty programs, promotions, and email marketing.
    • Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution.
    • Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance using KPIs and analytics tools.
    • In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in the Turkish market is essential.
    • Analyse consumer behaviour and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly.
    • Collaborate with the product and development teams to align marketing efforts with game/betting product releases.
    • Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors.
    • Manage external agencies, influencers, and affiliate partners.
    • Oversee content creation, brand messaging, and ensure consistency across all channels.
    • Conduct competitor and market research to identify trends and opportunities.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a marketing role, with at least 3 years in a managerial role, preferably in the iGaming industry.
    • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and trends (SEO, SEM, CRM, programmatic, etc.)
    • Experience with campaign tracking, performance marketing, and user analytics.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
    • Proactive team player with a strong ‘can-do’ attitude and a results-driven mindset.
    • Creative thinker with a data-driven mindset.
    • Deep understanding of attracting, converting, and retaining players.
    • Familiarity with advertising regulations and responsible gaming practices.
    • Proficiency in English and Turkish.
