    Marketing Manager

    BettingJobs is working with a rapid growth alternative payments solutions provider seeking to further expand their team with an experienced Marketing Manager based in Malta or Cyprus.

    Responsibilities:

    • Execute marketing strategies aligned with the business goals and growth plans.
    • Manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, focusing on LinkedIn, industry events, and content creation to increase engagement and brand recognition.
    • Optimize the marketing budget for maximum ROI across all channels.
    • Assist in positioning the group companies as leaders in fintech and iGaming through targeted marketing campaigns and consistent messaging.
    • Contribute to the ongoing development of the company and its group companies’ brands to ensure it resonates with target audiences.
    • Create a content strategy that includes blogs, whitepapers, case studies, and customer stories to build credibility and drive lead generation.
    • Develop and oversee social media content, with a strong focus on LinkedIn, to engage B2B audiences and support business development.
    • Ensure content is regularly updated and consistent across channels, including email marketing and the website.
    • Coordinate the Group’s participation in key industry events, conferences, and webinars to boost brand presence and generate leads.
    • Work with internal teams to create event strategies that align with marketing goals.
    • Support digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, and paid campaigns, to increase brand visibility and customer acquisition.
    • Use data and analytics to track campaign performance and optimize future marketing activities.
    • Conduct market research and analyse trends to identify new opportunities and refine marketing efforts.
    • Use customer insights to develop personas and create targeted campaigns.
    • Assist in PR efforts to gain media coverage and promote the Groups leadership in the fintech and iGaming sectors.
    • Support the creation of press releases and external communications to maintain consistent brand messaging.
