    Marketing Manager

    BettingJobs are working with a LATAM focused iGaming operator who is looking for a Marketing manager to join their team in Sao Paulo. This is an exciting opportunity to help our client expand their presence in Brazil.

    Responsibilities:

    • Responsibility for developing ideas and strategies for the promotions and acquisition campaigns
    • Work across a variety of media, including mobile and web products, to produce enticing, high-quality creative promotions
    • Identify opportunities and challenges to plan and execute strategic campaigns to drive customer acquisition
    • Build collaborative working relationships with the Product, CRM and Marketing team to achieve a thorough understanding of the games and how to apply your skills in the execution of the Marketing strategy
    • Develop and optimise performance-driven marketing strategies
    • Implement data-driven performance analysis
    • Collaborate for innovative marketing solutions
    • Responsibility for monitoring and reporting on effectiveness of marketing activities

    Requirements:

    • A creative, proactive personality with innovative ideas
    • Educational background in marketing, media or other relevant degree
    • Ability to identify improvement opportunities, plan strategic solutions and report results
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in a marketing role
    • Ideally +3 years of performance marketing management experience primarily focusing on setting up and optimising campaigns within Google and/or Facebook platforms. Additional platforms and channels are a plus.
    • Awareness of mainstream trends of marketing, media and mobile
    • Knowledge of the Brazilian online gaming market, products and customers a plus
    • Highly motivated with good organisation skills and the ability to consistently meet challenging targets within a fast-moving industry and a dynamic organisation
    • Excellent team player with strong interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively across diverse teams
    • Good communication skills in written and spoken English. Spanish will be a plus
