    Marketing Manager

    BettingJobs is working with a well-established iGaming operator seeking to expand their Gibraltar based team with a Marketing Manager.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and manage the annual marketing calendar with the Director of Growth & Performance.
    • Translate strategy into integrated campaign plans spanning brand, media, and promotions.
    • Coordinate daily marketing execution across teams and partners, ensuring on-time, on-brand, and on-budget delivery.
    • Support media planning and buying across paid, owned, and earned channels.
    • Manage agencies, ensuring ROI, compliance, and creative excellence.
    • Use data and insights to optimise performance, channel allocation, and content.
    • Track spend, performance, and deadlines; maintain clear reporting and dashboards.
    • Brief creative and content teams with insight-driven direction and ensure all assets meet brand and regulatory standards.
    • Review campaign results, sharing insights and recommendations for improvement.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with Promotions, Creative, Operations, and Compliance to deliver cohesive campaigns.
    • Maintain audit-ready documentation and ensure adherence to all regulatory and responsible-marketing standards, including:
      • Gibraltar Gambling Act (2005/2025 revision)
      • UKGC LCCP & ASA CAP/BCAP Codes
      • Brazil Ordinance No. 1,231/2024 & CONAR standards
    • Act as the central contact for marketing updates and stakeholder communication, fostering a culture of precision, accountability, and creativity.

    Requirements:

    • 5–7 years’ experience in marketing management, campaign coordination, or media planning (preferably in online gambling, gaming, or regulated industries).
    • Proven success running integrated, multi-channel campaigns (digital, social, affiliate, influencer, CRM).
    • Strong grasp of performance metrics, ROI tracking, and data-driven optimisation.
    • Skilled in project management, agency oversight, and stakeholder communication.
    • Knowledge of compliance and responsible-marketing frameworks.
    • Proficiency with key marketing and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Excel/Power BI).
