The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing marketing campaigns that drive traffic, convert players, and maximize revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute data-driven marketing campaigns to acquire, engage, and retain players.
- Oversee multi-channel marketing efforts, including digital advertising, SEO, content marketing, email campaigns, social media, and influencer partnerships.
- Optimize player conversion strategies through promotions, loyalty programs, and gamification elements.
- Manage marketing budgets and analyze ROI to ensure optimal allocation of resources.
- Work closely with product and development teams to ensure seamless marketing integrations.
- Establish and maintain partnerships with affiliates, media outlets, and strategic industry partners.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
- Provide leadership to the marketing team and collaborate with internal departments to align business goals.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a senior marketing role within the gaming industry (iGaming, online casino, sports betting, or land-based casino experience required).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, player acquisition strategies, and retention techniques.
- Experience with CRM, analytics tools, and performance marketing platforms.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse metrics and optimize campaigns.
