    Marketing Director

    BettingJobs are working with a growing online casino and sportsbook platform headquartered in Montreal, offering cutting-edge gaming experiences across Canada. They are looking for a Marketing Director to join their team.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing marketing campaigns that drive traffic, convert players, and maximize revenue.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute data-driven marketing campaigns to acquire, engage, and retain players.
    • Oversee multi-channel marketing efforts, including digital advertising, SEO, content marketing, email campaigns, social media, and influencer partnerships.
    • Optimize player conversion strategies through promotions, loyalty programs, and gamification elements.
    • Manage marketing budgets and analyze ROI to ensure optimal allocation of resources.
    • Work closely with product and development teams to ensure seamless marketing integrations.
    • Establish and maintain partnerships with affiliates, media outlets, and strategic industry partners.
    • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
    • Provide leadership to the marketing team and collaborate with internal departments to align business goals.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience in a senior marketing role within the gaming industry (iGaming, online casino, sports betting, or land-based casino experience required).
    • Strong understanding of digital marketing, player acquisition strategies, and retention techniques.
    • Experience with CRM, analytics tools, and performance marketing platforms.
    • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
    • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse metrics and optimize campaigns.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, competitive industry with a focus on revenue growth.
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
