    Marketing Data Analyst

    BettingJobs is working with a well-established and highly successful B2C iGaming brand with offices in London, Cyprus and Latin America as they seek to hire a Marketing Data Analyst to join their team in London.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop & maintain marketing performance dashboards (SQL + Tableau/Power BI/Google Data Studio) for KPI tracking & campaign reporting.
    • Integrate marketing data (Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, CRM) via APIs into centralized databases.
    • Conduct media mix & multi-channel attribution modeling to assess marketing investments across ATL & digital channels.
    • Support marketing teams by analyzing digital & offline campaign data, presenting insights, and making optimization recommendations.
    • Identify business & campaign opportunities by consolidating & analyzing data from PPC, Social, TV, CRM, etc.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to define marketing KPIs, performance metrics, and data visualization solutions.
    • Use campaign data to build profitable customer segments & support budgeting/forecasting.
    • Analyze customer journeys to enhance segmentation, personalization, and targeting strategies.
    • Optimize processes through automation and advanced technical solutions.
    • Provide training on BI/marketing analysis tools and stay updated on industry trends.

    Requirements:

    • 3-5 years in a data-driven marketing role within digital performance, e-commerce, or transactional online businesses.
    • Expertise in managing & analyzing complex datasets across online & offline marketing channels.
    • Strong understanding of marketing principles, digital & ATL campaign metrics, and customer acquisition/retention.
    • Experience with MMM, digital attribution modeling, and SQL for data manipulation.
    • Hands-on experience with Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.
    • Ability to interpret data, perform statistical analysis, and generate actionable insights.
    • Strong communication skills to explain technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
    • Experience working across multiple global markets (EUROPE/NA @ CAD/LATAM).
    • Python, R, or similar programming languages for analysis is a plus.
