BettingJobs are working with a regulated online casino and land-based operator searching for a Managing Director to manage their entire online casino offering to join their team in Geneva.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the strategic, operational, and regulatory management of the online gaming structure. They will oversee all activities related to the platform, ensuring its smooth operation, compliance, and long-term development.

Responsibilities:

• Define and implement the vision and strategy for the online gaming structure.
• Develop proposals for technological evolution and offer enhancement.
• Oversee the proper functioning of the platform, security systems, data recording system, and games.
• Lead, motivate, and manage the team.
• Participate in recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
• Promote a collaborative and well-structured work environment.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory obligations.
• Prepare reports and documentation for communication with authorities.
• Guarantee compliance with IT security standards and internal procedures.
• Organize technical interventions on the platform with relevant stakeholders.
• Work closely with business and IT managers.
• Supervise activity reports, performance indicators, and administrative documents.
• Contribute to the growth of online revenue.
• Ensure the quality of the user experience and the reliability of the service.
• Act as the point of contact for technology partners, suppliers, and regulatory authorities.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in the digital sector, ideally in online gaming or a regulated environment.
• Strong skills in project management, team leadership, and technical supervision.
• Excellent knowledge of the Swiss legal framework for online gaming and CFMJ requirements.
• Leadership, diligence, sense of responsibility, and strong organizational skills.
• Fluent in French; knowledge of German and/or English is a significant asset.
• Strong awareness of information security issues and compliance management.
