BettingJobs is partnering with a highly successful, fast-scaling crypto casino that is seeking a Local Representative for France. This is a fully remote position and an opportunity to join a dynamic, growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, approach, and negotiate partnerships with casino/gambling streamers, sportsbook influencers, esports streamers, and relevant entertainment creators.
• Build long-term relationships with local agencies, talent managers, affiliate networks, and media partners.
• Maintain an active pipeline of potential partners (influencers, affiliates, streamers, event organizers).
• Act as the local brand representative: understand trends, platform dynamics, and cultural nuances in your GEO.
• Participate in online communities, monitor competitor campaigns and influencer activity.
• Represent the company at local events, conferences, esports tournaments (optional depending on GEO).
• Coordinate local influencer campaigns and optimize them for CPA, FTDs, and other key KPIs.
• Work closely with internal teams (Marketing, Product) to ensure localized content and messaging.
• Track performance metrics, provide regional insights, and recommend improvements.

Requirements:

• Managerial Experience in iGaming, affiliate marketing, sports betting, esports, or influencer marketing.
• Strong network of local creators, agencies, or affiliate partners.
• Understanding of digital marketing KPIs and performance-driven campaigns.
• Negotiation skills and ability to build scalable partnerships.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working autonomously in a fully remote environment.
• Fluent in French + strong English communication skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience managing regional influencer budgets.
• Knowledge of regulatory environment in your market.
• Previous experience with Twitch, Kick, YouTube, or TikTok creators.
• Event/networking experience within gaming, esports, or entertainment industries.
