Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of high-performing mathematicians.
• Innovate and create new mechanics and designs to entertain players.
• Collaborate with various teams to develop the next generation of leading games.
• Conceptualize and implement game designs, creating mathematical models within defined constraints.
• Communicate and ensure alignment between game designs and implementations, conducting simulations and tests for quality assurance.
• Review and analyse game performance data post-launch to provide insights and identify future game mechanics and industry trends.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in slot machine game mathematical design, leading and executing successful games.
• Designed or contributed to 20+ games with diverse machine types and math models.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• Proven track record of developing top-performing slot games for land-based or online companies.
• Advanced MS Excel skills and experience with creating and adapting complex spreadsheets.
• Worked with programming teams on simulation programs in various languages (Java, C, C++).
