    Latin America Sales Manager

    BettingJobs is working with a cutting-edge B2B games provider who are currently looking to add a Sales Manager to their team based in LATAM.

    As a Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of the slot games portfolio. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales initiatives, nurturing client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. Your role will be key in expanding the market share and achieving the revenue targets.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth for the slot games.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and partners, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
    • Identify and target new business opportunities, including prospective clients and strategic partnerships.
    • Lead negotiations and close deals, ensuring favourable terms and conditions for the company.
    • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with product offerings and market trends.
    • Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
    • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
    • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform sales strategies.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the iGaming industry.
    • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
    • Strong understanding of the iGaming market, slot game mechanics, and player preferences.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
    • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
    • Proven experience in the LATAM market, with a strong existing network of industry contacts across the region.
