LATAM Sales Manager
BettingJobs is working with a growing Asian online games provider, looking to expand its presence into the LATAM market who are looking for a Sales Manager to join their team.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a sales strategy to establish and grow the company’s presence in LATAM.
Identify and engage potential B2B clients, including online casino operators, platform providers, and aggregators.
Actively attend industry conferences, networking events, and expos across LATAM to drive brand awareness and generate new business.
Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and negotiate commercial agreements.
Work closely with internal teams in Asia to ensure smooth onboarding and the integration of new partners.
Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting the LATAM iGaming industry.
Represent the company as the primary LATAM sales lead, ensuring a professional and results-driven approach to business development.
Requirements:
Proven experience in B2B sales or business development within the iGaming industry, preferably with a smaller company or a self-starting role.
Existing network within the LATAM online gaming sector (casino operators, platform providers, aggregators, etc.).
Track record of successfully closing deals and driving revenue growth.
Experience working with Asian companies or a strong understanding of Asian business culture is a plus.
Willingness to travel frequently across LATAM to attend conferences and meet clients.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of the LATAM market expansion.
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
