    LATAM Sales Manager

    BettingJobs is working with a growing Asian online games provider, looking to expand its presence into the LATAM market who are looking for a Sales Manager to join their team.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute a sales strategy to establish and grow the company’s presence in LATAM.
    • Identify and engage potential B2B clients, including online casino operators, platform providers, and aggregators.
    • Actively attend industry conferences, networking events, and expos across LATAM to drive brand awareness and generate new business.
    • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and negotiate commercial agreements.
    • Work closely with internal teams in Asia to ensure smooth onboarding and the integration of new partners.
    • Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting the LATAM iGaming industry.
    • Represent the company as the primary LATAM sales lead, ensuring a professional and results-driven approach to business development.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience in B2B sales or business development within the iGaming industry, preferably with a smaller company or a self-starting role.
    • Existing network within the LATAM online gaming sector (casino operators, platform providers, aggregators, etc.).
    • Track record of successfully closing deals and driving revenue growth.
    • Experience working with Asian companies or a strong understanding of Asian business culture is a plus.
    • Willingness to travel frequently across LATAM to attend conferences and meet clients.
    • Ability to work independently and take ownership of the LATAM market expansion.
    • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
