    Junior Designer

    BettingJobs is working with a well-established iGaming operator seeking to expand their Gibraltar based team with a Junior Designer.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Produce high-quality design outputs for campaigns, CRM, social media, web, and paid channels.
    • Translate briefs into creative solutions that meet objectives, not just aesthetics.
    • Ensure design work is consistent, brand-first, and regulator-compliant.
    • Take full responsibility for interpreting briefs — challenging unclear or incomplete briefs before starting work.
    • Deliver accurate, complete design files that are production-ready and audit-ready.
    • Accept accountability for output quality; poor creative will not be excused by “bad briefs.”
    • Prioritise design that supports acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
    • Avoid unnecessary “filler” content unless specifically approved.
    • Partner with copywriters and the Promotions Manager to ensure creative delivers measurable ROI.
    • Work closely with the Head of Design, Senior Designer, Copywriters, and Video Editor to produce cohesive campaigns.
    • Contribute ideas in brainstorming sessions but always align with commercial and compliance priorities.
    • Support cross-functional teams (CRM, Promotions, Compliance) with accurate and timely creative delivery.
    • Maintain high standards in typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.
    • Stay current with design trends and tools but apply them selectively where they strengthen business outcomes.
    • Build and maintain templates and design systems to improve efficiency.

    Requirements:

    • 3–5 years’ experience as a Designer, ideally in gambling, sports, or entertainment.
    • Strong portfolio demonstrating creative and commercial design work.
    • Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator; After Effects a plus).
    • Proficiency with Figma and collaborative design tools.
    • Experience delivering creative across digital and social platforms.
    • Fluent English (written and spoken).

    Nice to Have:

    • Motion graphics and video editing skills.
    • Knowledge of gambling or regulated industries.
    • Understanding of campaign mechanics and digital marketing.
    • Spanish/Portuguese a plus (for Brazilian campaign localisation).
