BettingJobs are working with a successful iGaming operator who are looking for a Junior Affiliate Manager to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing and nurturing relationships with affiliate partners, ensuring timely communication and support.
• Coordinate the onboarding process for new affiliates, providing guidance and assistance as needed.
• Monitor affiliate performance and analyse key metrics to identify areas for optimization and growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing materials and promotional strategies for affiliates.
• Assist in the implementation of affiliate campaigns and initiatives, tracking performance and ROI.
• Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and verbal, is essential.
• Previous experience in customer service or affiliate marketing is advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric mindset.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for the iGaming industry and a desire to pursue a career in affiliate marketing.
