BettingJobs are currently recruiting for a leading iGaming supplier based in Malta looking to hire an Insight Analyst for a new innovative team.

Responsibilities:
• Provide data-driven recommendations and actions to the various business teams and decision makers.
• Conduct in-depth statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
• Provide actual vs target analysis helping internal teams in setting and achieving targets.
• Evaluate player behaviour, preferences, and engagement patterns to optimise user experience and maximise player retention.
• Utilise data visualisation tools to present findings in a clear and compelling manner.
• Support senior management with ad-hoc analysis.
• Generate regular reports to communicate performance metrics to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the data teams to improve the overall BI and analytics offering.
• Collaborate with the BI team to enhance forecasting accuracy and reliability.

Requirements:
• Proven experience in data analysis, preferably within the gaming industry
• Excellent SQL and Excel skills.
• Proficiency in statistical analysis tools such as R or Python, and familiarity with data visualisation tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• Experience in presentation and knowledge sharing based on data findings.
• Proactive, results driven and hands-on approach towards problem solving.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data findings into actionable insights.
