BettingJobs is partnering with our client, a leading technology brand within the iGaming industry, in their search for a In-App Media Buyer to join their team in Israel or Limassol.
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, managing, and optimising in-app advertising campaigns with the aim of acquiring high-quality users, driving app installs, and maximising ROI for mobile apps. The role requires expertise in strategic media placements and performance metrics analysis to continually optimise campaign outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute in-app advertising strategies aimed at user acquisition and retention.
- Plan, buy, and optimise in-app media campaigns across various DSPs and ad networks.
- Monitor campaigns and adjust them based on key performance metrics like CPI, ROAS, and retention.
- Analyse and report on campaign performance with actionable insights.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop tailored ad creatives.
- Stay updated with trends in the mobile advertising space.
- Manage budgets and optimise media spend for maximum ROI.
- Conduct A/B testing and experiments to optimise creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in in-app media buying or a similar role in mobile marketing.
- Strong understanding of mobile app user acquisition and in-app advertising ecosystems.
- Proficient with in-app advertising platforms (AppLovin, IronSource, AdMob, etc.).
- Analytical mindset and data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Familiarity with tools like Adjust, AppsFlyer, or Firebase.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.

- Experience with large budget management and scaling app growth.
- Prior experience with programmatic buying platforms.
- Passion for mobile technology and gaming apps.
- Gambling experience is essential.
- Fluency in Spanish is an advantage.
