    iGaming Product Manager

    Our client, a subsidiary of a leading gaming operator, is seeking talented professionals to join their new office in Tbilisi, Georgia. They are currently looking for an iGaming Product Manager to join their team.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute the iGaming product roadmap in alignment with the broader company product roadmap, goals and market trends.
    • Identify and capitalise on new opportunities within the iGaming market, including casino, virtual and instant games experiences.
    • Conduct competitive analysis to identify market specific and industry trends, player behaviours, and emerging technologies.
    • Gather feedback from stakeholders, customers, and analytics to refine product offerings.
    • Collaborate with design, development, and marketing teams to define product requirements and ensure timely delivery.
    • Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept to launch and post-launch optimisation.
    • Prioritise features based on customer needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.
    • Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams and external partners, including game developers, regulators, and affiliates.
    • Communicate product vision, goals, and progress effectively across all levels of the organisation.
    • Monitor product performance using key metrics such as user engagement, retention, and revenue.
    • Implement data-driven strategies to improve product performance and player satisfaction.
    • Ensure all products adhere to regulatory requirements and industry standards in relevant jurisdictions.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
    • 3-5 years of experience in product management in the iGaming industry.
    • Strong knowledge of iGaming products, platforms, and player demographics.
    • Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
    • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
    • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
    • Passion for gaming and delivering exceptional player experiences.
