    HR Operations Lead/Manager

    Bettingjobs is working with a growing Casino operator and B2B iGaming supplier who are looking to
    add a HR Operations Lead/Manager to their team in Dubai.
    Responsibilities:
    • Recruitment: Assist with recruitment job postings, candidate screening, interview
    scheduling and communication with candidates and assist with the candidate selection
    leading to hiring. Primary point of contact for recruiters.
    • Orientation: Provide new employees orientation and liaise with IT and hiring manager and
    facilitate work station set up and a computer equipment requirements; as well as the on
    boarding.
    • Payroll: Monthly preparation of the payroll information and liaise with Payroll Service
    Provider.
    • HR Information Systems and Personnel Files: Maintain HRIS and personnel files.
    • Employee Relations: Provide assistance to employees and answer questions regarding
    company policies, procedures, issues or concerns. Issue employment letters when
    requested.
    • Attendance and Leave Requests: Maintain accurate record of attendance and leaves and
    submit monthly reports.
    • Collaboration with Finance and prepare and submit monthly reports/summaries.
    • Any Other HR Duties: Facilitate any other HR duties as required.

    Requirements:
    • Strong communication and decision-making skills.
    • Detail oriented.
    • Excellent organizational and planning skills
    • Reasoning ability. Good common sense with ability to solve practical problems.
    • Ability to effectively learn and acquire new knowledge and skills.
    • Must have good IT skills, able to quickly learn how to use new platforms and programs.
    • Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
    • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or a related field required.
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in the iGaming industry and HR related role.
    • Hindi and/or Urdu language speaking skills required.
