    HR Office Executive

    BettingJobs is partnering with a new brand launching in Nigeria. They are looking for a HR Office Executive to join their team based in Lagos.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead onboarding, orientation, and off-boarding to ensure seamless employee transitions.
    • Act as the first point of contact for employees and management, handling queries and providing support.
    • Assist with recruitment, from job descriptions and interviews to candidate selection and contracts.
    • Maintain accurate data, employee records, and payroll inputs.
    • Develop, update, and communicate HR policies, Handbook, and SOPs in line with company goals and compliance.
    • Drive employee engagement initiatives that promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
    • Handle employee relations matters, including grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
    • Oversee office management and supplier contracts, ensuring operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
    • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations and promote a safe workplace.
    • Provide HR reports and insights to management for informed decision-making.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (HR certification is a plus).
    • 3–4 years of HR experience, preferably in a multi-national company.
    • Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR policies, and compliance requirements.
    • Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms and good proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace.
    • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills; approachable and employee focused.
    • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, stay organised, and handle confidential information with discretion.
    • Experience supporting recruitment, onboarding, payroll inputs, and performance management processes.
