    HR Manager

    BettingJobs is working with a well-established B2B casino platform provider, who are seeking to hire an experienced HR Manager to join their team in Cyprus.

    Responsibilities:

    • Partner with the Global Head of HR to implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
    • Support workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development.
    • Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations to ensure efficiency.
    • Maintain employee records, address HR inquiries, and ensure compliance.
    • Collaborate with department heads to define staffing needs and job descriptions.
    • Oversee performance management, including evaluations and goal setting.
    • Provide coaching on employee development and performance issues.
    • Act as a key contact for employee relations, conflict resolution, and workplace culture.
    • Track HR metrics (turnover, absenteeism) and prepare reports for leadership.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
    • 4+ years of HR experience, including 2+ years in a managerial role.
    • Strong knowledge of Cyprus labour laws; CIPD Level 5/7 is a plus.
    • Expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.
    • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office.
    • Fluency in English (Greek is a plus).
    • High integrity, confidentiality, and organizational skills.
