    Head of VIP

    BettingJobs are working with a new start-up casino business based in Malta expanding their team. Their working set-up is hybrid, 3 days in the office 2 days working from home. They are searching for a Head of VIP to join their team. Apply today for a confidential discussion.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Define and execute the company’s VIP strategy across territories, products and channels
    • Lead, coach and develop VIP Account Managers and Hosts to deliver world-class service
    • Use player data and behavioural insights to identify, segment and grow high-value customers
    • Design and manage tailored process promotions, events and exclusive experiences
    • Monitor player activity, flag risks and take proactive action to prevent churn and improve player’s experience
    • Build strong relationships with key players through a high-touch, proactive approach
    • Own VIP KPIs – retention, ARPU, NGR, reactivation, satisfaction
    • Collaborate closely with Product, CRM, Payments and Business analytics teams.
    • Define and manage the annual VIP budget, rewards and hospitality spend
    • Provide regular performance reporting and recommendations to senior leadership

    Requirements:

    • 5+ years’ experience as head of VIP within online gaming global operator
    • Commercially driven with strong understanding of player value and ROI
    • Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills
    • Comfortable operating at both strategic and hands-on levels
    • Data-literate with experience using segmentation and personalisation tools
    • Flexible, entrepreneurial and able to thrive in a fast-moving environment
