BettingJobs is working with our in their search for an experienced team leader to join their account management department in Sofia or Plovdiv.
The successful candidate will ideally have prior iGaming industry experience and the personality skills and professionalism to lead and mentor their team, not only to be the best they can be but to bring the best from every client partnership.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of professionals across Integration, Onboarding, and Partner Management.
- Drive the development and execution of onboarding processes to ensure seamless integration of partners.
- Maintain strong relationships with partners, understanding their needs, concerns, and expectations to ensure a superior experience.
- Proactively identify potential risks and opportunities and develop strategies to mitigate or capitalise on them.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to enhance the partner journey and deliver value.
- Build and maintain a data-driven approach to tracking partner success metrics and continuously improving performance.
- Act as the main point of escalation for partner issues and concerns, ensuring swift and effective resolution.
- Report directly to the CEO, providing regular updates on team performance, partner success, and strategic initiatives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Onboarding, Partner Management, or Customer Success, preferably in a B2B setting.
- A natural leader with a passion for mentorship and team development.
- Strong ability to balance empathy for partner needs with the strategic objectives of the company.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and proactive in mitigating risks and identifying opportunities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to work closely with both internal teams and external partners.
- A technical background is an advantage, enabling better collaboration with integration and tech teams.
- Experience in the iGaming industry is a plus.
