    Head of Media

    BettingJobs are working with an innovative online casino and bingo brand, who are looking to hire a Head of Media to join their team in London.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage relationships with UK and CAD media planning and buying agencies, including finding potential local partners for CAD media buying.
    • Monitor and evaluate agency performance against targets, driving improvements in campaign efficiencies.
    • Lead annual planning processes for UK/CAD marketing strategies and assist global market strategies.
    • Oversee monthly media planning and analysis for UK/CAD markets, including ATL campaigns.
    • Develop CAD brand media strategy in collaboration with the brand team.
    • Manage UK and CAD TV plans and annual media budgets.
    • Investigate opportunities for brand partnerships and sponsorships.
    • Monitor market activities and regulatory constraints, translating them into relevant media briefs.
    • Prepare post-campaign analysis and develop standardized agency processes.
    • Evaluate agency effectiveness and run media agency pitches as necessary.
    • Implement global media auditing processes, starting with UK and CAD in 2024.

    Requirements:

    • 5+ years’ experience in a senior media role for a media agency or client.
    • Proven track record in B2C marketing growth with successful global media strategy implementation.
    • Experience in e-commerce or gaming industry preferred.
    • Familiarity with high-performance startup culture.
    • Proficiency in managing media and auditing agencies and delivering successful ATL campaigns.
    • Understanding of ATL measurement tools and reporting.
    • Excellent communication and teamworking skills.
    • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
    • Knowledge of global media landscape and trends preferred.
    • Strong analytical and reporting skills, experience in mixed marketing modeling a plus.
