    Head of Marketing

    BettingJobs is working with a new iGaming operator looking to grow its presence in the UAE market. This company is very much a start-up, and this Head of Marketing role will be one of the first hires.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead end-to-end marketing campaigns across:
      • Paid media: Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, programmatic
      • Offline: Billboards, radio, newspaper, sponsorships, street activations
      • Non-traditional funnels: influencers, communities, content loops, local initiatives
    • Design and execute campaigns tied to real-time pop culture, live events, and internet trends
    • Coordinate closely with product and design teams to ensure seamless user journey from ad to gameplay
    • Manage and continuously improve performance across key metrics:
      • CAC, ROAS, LTV, CTR, CPC, CPM, Conversion Rate, Retention
    • Run A/B tests on creatives, copy, landing pages, and messaging
    • Oversee full funnel tracking using tools like GA4, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager
    • Lead messaging, copy, and creative hook ideation tailored to each market segment
    • Build a culturally relevant brand that resonates with diverse player profiles
    • Maintain competitive differentiation through compelling, locally adapted content
    • Track competitive campaigns, media mix, and offers
    • Rapidly respond with optimised counterstrategies
    • Continuously experiment with new channels and formats to discover performance edge
    • Deliver weekly/monthly marketing reports with strategic recommendations
    • Collaborate with BI, product, and VIP/CRM teams to align campaigns with player behaviour and lifecycle
    • Manage relationships with creative agencies, local media, and tech vendors

    Requirements:

    • 5+ years in digital and creative marketing, preferably in iGaming
    • Proven success running paid media at scale across Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.
    • Strong portfolio of trend-driven, culturally relevant campaign execution
    • Experience managing offline channels (billboards, radio, OOH)
    • Ability to launch timely campaigns tied to memes, events, and social trends
    • Experience with non-traditional and viral growth funnels
    • Mastery of CAC, ROAS, LTV, CTR, CPM, Retention, Conversion
    • Deep understanding of local market behaviours and how to tailor messaging
    • Strong in GA4, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, tracking systems
    • Experience working with product, VIP, CRM, and content teams
