    Look no further! BettingJobs is working with a long-standing Romanian casino operator who have plans to expand their operations into the online side of their business. They are seeking to add a Head of Marketing to their team.



    • Prepare reports, manage budgets, and participate in strategic discussions with the team.
    • Create and implement marketing plans and campaigns from concept to evaluation.
    • Collaborate with external agencies and develop effective partnerships.
    • Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across various channels to increase engagement and conversion rates.
    • Analyze customer and campaign data to gain insights into player behavior and preferences.
    • Produce regular reports on campaign performance and customer metrics to inform strategy and decision-making.
    • Ensure all marketing activities comply with relevant gaming regulations and data protection laws.
    • Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in service and product offerings.
    • Oversee the implementation and optimization of marketing software and tools.


    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a marketing management role.
    • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, including understanding of specific systems and tools.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Proficiency in using marketing analytics tools.
    • Solid understanding of marketing principles, campaign management, and customer segmentation strategies.
    • High attention to detail to ensure accuracy and compliance in all marketing activities.
    • Ability to develop innovative and engaging marketing strategies.
    • Proactive and resourceful approach to identifying and solving problems.
    • Flexibility to adapt to the fast-paced and dynamic environment of the online casino industry.
    • Genuine interest and enthusiasm for the gaming and gambling sector.
    • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs) such as customer acquisition rates, engagement, and campaign ROI.
