Responsibilities:

• Provide practical legal solutions aligned with business objectives for compliance and operational effectiveness.
• Offer comprehensive legal assistance for operations, particularly in license applications.
• Manage all legal aspects of operations, including corporate affairs, IP, agreements, and disputes, prioritizing pragmatic solutions.
• Serve as the primary legal contact for external stakeholders, such as regulators and partners.
• Proactively identify and address legal risks to safeguard company interests.
• Lead a dynamic team to handle transactional, corporate, IP, regulatory, and compliance matters efficiently.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5+ years’ post-qualification experience in a senior legal role, preferably within the sports betting, iGaming, or a related industry.
• Extensive experience dealing with gaming regulatory bodies and a deep understanding of the legal frameworks governing the iGaming industry.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a high-performing legal team in a global setting.
• Comprehensive knowledge of corporate law, intellectual property, commercial contracts, and compliance.
• Excellent communication abilities, including the capacity to effectively negotiate and advise executives.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Licensed to practice law in good standing.
