    Our client, a B2B white label solutions provider is looking for a reliable Head of iGaming Retention Sales to join their fast-paced, exciting, unique team in Dubai.

     

    Responsibilities:

    • Create and implement data-driven retention strategies tailored to the Indian market to increase player engagement, reduce churn, and maximize lifetime value.
    • Align retention initiatives with commercial goals, ensuring that all strategies contribute to revenue growth and profitability.
    • Manage the player lifecycle, identifying key touchpoints for engagement and developing personalized campaigns that enhance player experience.
    • Plan, execute, and measure the effectiveness of retention campaigns across various channels, including email, SMS, push notifications, and in-game promotions.
    • Conduct regular market analysis to understand player behavior, preferences, and trends in the Indian market. Use insights to refine retention strategies.
    • Analyse retention metrics and prepare regular reports on performance. Present findings and recommendations to senior management.
    • Gather and analyse customer feedback to identify pain points and areas for improvement. Implement changes based on insights to improve the player experience.
    • Oversee the retention budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
    • Ensure all retention activities comply with local regulations and industry standards in India.

     

    Requirements:

    • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a retention or customer loyalty role, preferably within the iGaming industry and the Indian market. Proven track record of successful retention strategies and campaigns.
    • Fluent in English and Hindi.
    • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to align retention strategies with business goals.
    • Deep understanding of the Indian gaming landscape and player preferences.
    • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
    • Proficiency in using CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
    • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
    • Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the iGaming industry, including trends, player behaviour, and regulatory environment in India.
