BettingJobs is partnering with a leading online casino operator in their search for a Head of HR to join their team in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and lead the HR function for the Dubai office, aligning with global HR strategy.
• Ensure full compliance with UAE labour laws, visa processes, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning to support rapid scaling.
• Establish salary benchmarks, benefits, and incentive structures aligned with the local market.
• Drive culture, engagement, and retention initiatives that resonate in a diverse, fast-paced environment.
• Develop and implement policies, performance management systems, and L&D programs.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on all people-related matters.

Requirements:

• Proven HR leadership experience, ideally in the tech, digital entertainment, or gaming space.
• In-depth knowledge of UAE labour law, local hiring practices, and salary frameworks.
• Experience scaling teams in high-growth environments.
• Strong understanding of international and remote workforces.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills with a hands-on, solutions-focused approach.
• Fluency in English.
