    Head of Game Integrity

    BettingJobs is currently working with a market leading gambling operator who are looking to hire a Head of Game Integrity to join their team.

    Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate and manage the Game Integrity Team to deliver a consistently high standard of service for the customers, in line with the company policies and guidelines
    • Recruit, mentor, train and develop Game Integrity staff, and increase awareness among staff of all relevant departments within the company.
    • Conduct regular team performance reviews to ensure the service expectations are met or exceeded
    • Conduct regular meetings with each team member to cover individual performance against KPI’s
    • Conduct monthly meetings to provide updates to the Poker Management Team
    • Review and provide feedback on existing processes and procedures
    • Identify and suggest improvements in fraud detection and prevention and feed the Poker Product Team accordingly
    • Personally review the most complex cases to avoid financial loss and reputational damage
    • Calculate and issue credits to any customers affected by game fraud in line with guidelines and procedures
    • Make sure all cases of possible game fraud are handled appropriately
    • Create and maintain reference documents and templates relevant to the Game Integrity processes

    Requirements:

    • Strong knowledge of the Poker game variants offered on the platform including rules, strategy and game theory
    • Excellent knowledge of online poker security and payments related issues, with proven investigation skills and attention to detail
    • Excellent understanding of poker analysis tools and methods
    • High level of proficiency with reports.
    • Strong decision-making and leadership skills
    • Ability to analyse and review team performance
    • Ability to communicate expectations and instructions to the team in a clear and professional manner
    • Excellent command of professional writing, spoken communication and listening skills
    • Strong proficiency with basic computer software especially MS Office applications
    • Strong customer service mentality with attention to details
    • Ability to work in a high-volume work environment

    Nice to have:

    • Previous managerial or supervisory experience in fraud, payments, online poker or customer service
    • Excellent understanding of online poker community
