BettingJobs is working with a dynamic and rapidly growing sportsbook dedicated to providing an unparalleled betting experience. They are looking for a Head of Finance to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Perform full debtors and creditors functions
• Develop and maintain financial policies, controls and SOPs
• Create and manage the GL and ensure all records are posted accordingly
• Monitor expenditure and income versus budgets and conduct analysis and make recommendations
• Create and maintain an accurate asset register
• Produce accurate and timely management reports
• Prepare AFS and commentary on performance
• Compile and submit monthly taxes and reporting to the Gaming Regulator
• Ensure all financial practices are in line with GAA/IFRIS
• Maintain an accurate set of financial records for presentation to internal and external auditors
• Manage the Payment Team
• Develop and implement the daily settlement eco-system to a best in class standard
• Manage relationships with payment vendors
• Keep current with payment technologies and innovations

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 year’s experience in a related position
• Advanced knowledge in Sports Betting and Games
• Prior e-commerce/Fintech experience
• CIMA/CA/Finance related degree
• Strong analytical skills
• Sound knowledge of accounting fundamentals
• Ability to multitask and prioritise
• Discipline to work as part of a team with tight deadlines in a high-pressure environment
• Prior Senior Management experience
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent spoken and written English
