    Head of Display Marketing

    BettingJobs are working with a leading iGaming/sportsbook operator that target the UK market amongst several others. They have their main HQ based in Gibraltar where they are planning to expand their Digital Marketing team at a rapid rate as we go into 2025. They are currently looking for a Head of Display Marketing to join their team.

     

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop a comprehensive display marketing strategy across paid social, programmatic advertising, and direct buy channels. Identify emerging trends, platforms, and geographical opportunities to keep the company at the forefront of innovation.
    • Oversee display campaign creation and optimisation, aligning with brand strategies and meeting KPIs such as ROI, CAC, and engagement rates. Drive enhancements using A/B testing, segmentation, and data analytics.
    • Monitor campaign metrics, provide actionable insights, and present findings to senior leadership to demonstrate display marketing’s contribution to business growth.
    • Lead and mentor the Display Marketing team, fostering a high-performance culture while aligning efforts with company objectives. Set and track team KPIs.
    • Work with Brand, Creative, Data, and User Acquisition teams to integrate display marketing with broader campaigns and ensure a seamless user journey.
    • Manage budgets efficiently, optimising spend to maximise ROI across display activities.
    • Build strong relationships with ad tech platforms, DSPs, media, and creative agencies to ensure value-driven partnerships.
    • Champion innovative display marketing strategies by staying informed about industry developments and integrating new technologies.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
    • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, specialising in display marketing, programmatic advertising, and paid social.
    • Proven success in scaling display marketing efforts and driving revenue growth through paid channels.
    • Expertise in ad tech platforms (e.g., Google Display Network, Facebook Ads, DSPs) and programmatic advertising.
    • Strong analytical skills with experience in budget management and performance optimisation.
    • Leadership experience, with a track record of mentoring teams and achieving objectives.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts and work cross-functionally.
    • Knowledge of the gaming or sports betting industry is a plus.
