BettingJobs is currently recruiting for a leading Esports operator who will soon be launching their first B2C crypto casino. They are looking to hire a visionary Head of Design based remotely, who can transform their platform’s design into an immersive and seamless user experience.

Role Overview:

• Define and drive the overall design vision, ensuring cohesion across all UI, UX, branding, and graphic design elements. Lead, mentor, and grow a talented design team, setting a high standard for creativity and execution.
• Translate complex product requirements into simple, beautiful, and functional user interfaces that enhance the user journey.
• Create a design framework that ensures consistency, depth, and uniqueness across all digital platforms.
• Push for innovation and drive design excellence, always challenging the team to deliver cutting-edge solutions that set new industry standards.
• Collaborate with leadership, product managers, and development teams to ensure design solutions align with business goals.
• Manage end-to-end design projects, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.
• Ensure that design decisions are data-driven, backed by user research, usability testing, and analytics.

Key skills required:

• 7+ years of experience in UI/UX design, branding, and graphic design, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• A portfolio that showcases top-tier, complex design solutions, preferably in crypto, gaming, fintech, or similar high-stakes industries.
• Proven experience working at the intersection of branding, product, and UX/UI, with the ability to deliver cohesive and visually compelling experiences.
• Strong understanding of design systems, usability principles, and responsive design across platforms.
• Ability to manage and lead a team to deliver results quickly and efficiently.
• A deep desire for pushing creative boundaries and raising the bar for design in the iGaming space.
